• Free tier: Freely browse the curated SaaS showcase gallery, inspect preview cards, view curated color swatches, and bookmark up to 5 favorite designs.
• PRO membership: Unlimited bookmarks and custom collections, color palette code exports (CSS Variables, Tailwind config, SCSS, JSON), side-by-side website comparison on desktop and mobile, full-resolution screenshot views, and direct messaging with verified studio partners.
• Cancellation: You may cancel auto-renewal at any time with one click from your account menu. Full Pro perks remain active until the end of your prepaid period.

4. Nature of the Service & Fair Use

All showcased designs, screenshots, color palettes, and typography references are presented for educational, design critique, and creative inspiration purposes under transformative fair use.

We do not claim ownership of any third-party websites, visual identities, logos, or trademarks displayed in the directory. All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of the respective owners and companies.

5. Site Submissions & Curation Standards

Users and creators may submit websites for potential inclusion through our Submission Portal. By submitting:

• You confirm the submitted URL is live, functional, and publicly accessible.
• You represent that the site complies with our Content & Publishing Guidelines.
• SaaSInspo reserves absolute discretion to approve, categorize, reject, or remove any submission to preserve curation quality.
• Submitting a site does not guarantee inclusion or a specific publication timeline.

6. Partner Program (Creators & Studios)

Independent designers and studios may apply to join the SaaSInspo Partners directory via the Partner Application. By applying and being listed:

• You represent that your portfolio, rates, and bio are accurate and up to date.
• You agree to maintain a professional standard of conduct in all client interactions initiated through SaaSInspo.
• SaaSInspo is an introduction platform and is not party to any engagement between you and potential clients.
• We reserve the right to remove a Partner listing at any time for violation of these Terms or quality standards.
• Partner listings are subject to a curation review period before public approval.

7. Prohibited Content & Behavior

We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy. As detailed in our Content Policy, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Adult, sexually explicit, or pornography platforms.
• Gambling, betting, online casinos, and unregulated financial schemes.
• Phishing, malware, pyramid schemes, and counterfeit retail.
• Websites promoting violence, hate speech, harassment, or illegal substances.
• Non-English websites (SaaSInspo exclusively indexes English-language showcases).
• Attempting to manipulate curation rankings or submitting fake reviews.

8. Intellectual Property & Takedown Policy

We hold the rights of creators and copyright holders in the highest regard. If you are the owner or legal representative of a website featured in SaaSInspo and wish to have it removed, refreshed, or updated, you may submit a request through our Takedown Request Portal.

All verified removal requests are honored and processed within 24 hours without penalty.

9. AI Data Mining & Rights Information

Unauthorized scraping, data mining, or automated collection of SaaSInspo content for the purpose of training AI models, building competing datasets, or commercial resale is strictly prohibited without express written consent.

• Personal use and manual inspiration browsing are always permitted.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
