We categorize the storage mechanisms we use as follows:

- Preference cookies: Remember settings such as your selected category filters, color themes, and sort preferences. These are stored locally and never leave your device.
- Analytics cookies: Help us understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. Where used, these are aggregated and never used to identify you personally.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting scripts (Meta Pixel, TikTok, Google Ads), or any cross-site behavioral tracking.
3. Third-Party Cookies
SaaSInspo embeds no third-party widgets (e.g., social comment systems, video players) that would set their own cookies. All storage is first-party and scoped to the saasinspo.com domain.
4. Local Storage vs Cookies
In addition to traditional cookies, SaaSInspo uses localStorage and sessionStorage to store non-sensitive user preferences client-side. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Examples of what we store locally:
- Your active gallery filter (category, sort order, color filter)
- Whether you have dismissed onboarding prompts or banners
- Partner profile view counts for display purposes
5. Managing Cookies
You can control and delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Most modern browsers allow you to block or clear cookies for specific sites without affecting others.
Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to any authenticated sections of the platform (e.g., Admin Dashboard, Partner profiles).
To clear SaaSInspo local storage manually, open your browser's developer tools → Application → Local Storage → saasinspo.com → Clear all.
