• Submission Data: When submitting a site for showcase consideration, we receive the website URL and optional submitter notes.
• Partner Application Data: Name, email, portfolio links, rates, and bio submitted via the Partner Application form.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information for security and diagnostics. This is never sold or used for advertising.

2. How We Use Your Data

All collected information is used solely to:

• Answer your inquiries and provide customer support.
• Process website submissions and partner applications.
• Manage user accounts and authenticated sessions.
• Process takedown and removal requests.
• Detect and prevent spam, malicious submissions, or platform misuse.

Marketing emails are optional and can be unsubscribed from at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Infrastructure partners include Vercel (hosting) and Resend (transactional email). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
